Classic wheel respoking and rebuilding?

Hi all, I have a pair of wheels (actually from a classic motorbike) that need rebuilding, they are spoked wheels and I'm looking for somewhere preferable in or around Glasgow (but anywhere within 100 miles of there will do) to rebuild these wheels with new rims and spokes.

Can anyone recommend a company? I can't find any!
