Rustproof/Underseal Service in Edinburgh Area?

I've just bought myself a wee Eunos Roadster, 1991, fresh import and the underside is in great condition.
I would like to keep it this way.
When I had my last MX5, I did this myself, 2 days spent lying underneath the car on axle stands, using Dinitrol cavity wax and underseal and it was a pig of a job, very messy.
This time, I would lke to pay to have it done properly as I plan to keep this wee beastie for a few years.
Does anyone have any recommendations for places in and around Edinburgh/Central Belt that provide this service?
I am not after some cowboy who will do a 5 min pressure wash and then coat everything in gunk, but I am happy to pay for a proper job and don't mind if the car has to be left for a few days.
