BTW - watch this thread. I have something to show you but it involves digging an old newspaper out of the recycling and taking a photo so it might take a wee while. I have to take a photo because I'm not confident that I can figure out the scanner. It's also on the top floor and I can't bear the thought of a wasted journey. My wife tells me that I tend to "over explain" but I can't see how that could possibly be the case.

I was there in the late 80's and the pool was in the back of the pavillion. Unheated and to honest the sea was warmer!

Does anyone know if the pool is stll there?

I am sure where those tennis courts are used to be simply a field, hockey pitch maybe....?

Pretty sure the pool's still there and in use. It's tiny though considering the size of the uni! The new ones across the road will sort that though, I was in them during early phases of construction and it was impressive
