Hi Scotty - I had those guys in Glengarnock refurbish the box on my Tuscan when it blew 5th - I had to source the parts they advised after stripping it, but they had it rebuilt very quickly and once I refitted it ran perfectly till i had to let it go...

Cheers Robert it's that same issue with popping out of second when down changing it was never fixed so who knows what GS charged you all that money for.

I am going to fit a full uprated gear set ad the t5 is only designed to cope with 300 ft/lb and the verb is over that standard and I still have my re map to go as well.

The gear set is used by the Tuscan challenge guys so should last me fine.

I know it's not local but try calling the competition transmission services, lots of the noble crowd use them as we can now run 550lb/ft on a mondeo box originally rated for half that, they upgrade bearings, strengthen the gearsets by shot preening and polishing them and can do cooling mods, the main reason for box failures is lack of cooling.
