Elise S1 Question - anyone near Edinburgh...

Posted this in the Lotus forum and just wondered if there was anyone near Edinburgh..

"Just a bit of an odd request - I am looking for a new car at the moment and have seen a lovely S1 which is unfortunately down in the South of England. I have a bit of a dodgy lower back and just wondered how comfortable the stock Elise seats are (the one I am looking at has lumber support)?

Bit of a long shot, but is there anyone near Edinburgh with an S1 who would allow me to sit in it for a while....."

Go register on Scottish elises which is only a google search away and you will find many many S1 elises

Could you not just go and ask at the dealership at seafield in edinburgh if they have one you could sit in to test for comfort?

Many thanks for the replies - will register for Scottish Elise's.

Unfortunately the Lotus dealer in Edinburgh (Sighthill) doesn't have any S1's in at the moment.

I'm not sure dodgy backs and Elise's go together very well. Apart from the sporty ride you have to get into the bloody thing!

Always get seafield and sighthill round the wrong way.
Try porshe maserati lamborghini or ferrari at fort kinaird. They may have taken one in px recently.
