Merry Christmas folks. Just thought I would start a thread seeing what everyone was having for dinner today.

Can't be bothered with turkey again so I'm cooking t bone steaks on the BBQ and a slow roasted chicken, only both because my mum isn't a fan of steak.

Chicken has been in brine over night and in the oven for last few hours so I've got my feet up and the house is peaceful as my mum isn't stressed out her nut.

Hope the rest of ph are having a great day. Anyone else having a non turkey dinner?

I've been preparing the parsnips, lots of parsnips. If anyone needs some gimme a shout, might be
too many to be honest if you're a family of 12 but for a medium to large sized country it should
see you through until August smile
