Uninsured driver accident

My daughter was hit by an uninsured driver the other day, thankfully only a minor bump and a witness got the number plate, so does anyone know the whereabouts of a red Honda with reg Y994THS in the paisley/Glasgow area. Police are investigating but as uninsured(courtesy of insurance broker), it is unlikely to be very fruitful. I'd love to call in for a cup of tea with the young chap.
