Chaps, just a quick heads up. The Scottish guys from the Droop Snoot Group are having their second annual national day at Kames Cicuit on Sunday from around 10am with a nice selection of 70's and 80's RWD Opels and Vauxhalls attending including Mantas, Chevettes, Firenzas and so on. It's a couple of quid donation to get in and there's going to be a selection of cars both old and new out on the track all day... so, if anybody is at a loose end and likes their old Vauxhalls, feel free to pop along for a couple of hours.

You'd be most welcome sir. As for finishing time, last year it was around 3pm but then again the skies opened in the afternoon so quite a few people headed off sharpish. Assuming the weather is good, or at least the rain isn't torrential then I'd guess around 4ish will be when people start calling it a day. As said, it's a very relaxed little event, almost an open doors day so there's no real set times though most people are aiming to be there from around 10ish.

Maybe see you there.

Great stuff.

It's an open invite to all Vauxhalls though leaning towards the classics and retro models rather than a host of VXR's with his and hers remaps. So far there's a few Mantas, Chevettes, Firenzas, Mk1 Astra GTE, Mk2 Cavaliers, Mk3 Cavaliers, Mk3 Astras and some Novas.

So, more the merrier!
