Assuming its his first offence. 1 year ban, 6 points and about £1000 fine.

You'd get that for either being just over the limit or the speeding.

Three and a half times over the legal limit and >70% over the speed limit?

Just having fancy oil breather system installed (cool braided hoses etc) and then getting a base tune flashed onto the ECU so that I can begin tweaking the map.
