York St Glasgow - No Parking

Anyone know what's going on? Full street is coned off for parking.

Traffic still running up it though. Something on in the Raddison or the likes?

It’s the World Pipe Band Championships all weekend, so you can probably expect all sorts of odd things around the city.

Might be to do with that, might not.

Especially down that end of the town! Used to live in the flats on York Street, with the proximity to the homeless mission, prostitutes and central station there were a few dodgy folk kicking about.
