A pic, with the fog rolling in, never seen it like this before. And hardly a soul in sight, this was around 6pm...



Now, would anyone care to guess what the beach looks like today - and the surrounding roads?

I was in Troon the night you took that picture, it was engulfed in this fog and I would guess about 5 degrees cooler than Ayr.

Never seen anything like that either round here.

Longniddry today on the beach. Looked like the sand was on fire. Very weird.
