bump in aberdeen...

Posting this on behalf of a friend.
He was sitting in traffic on Virginia Street, nose to tail in traffic when the guy behind bumped into the back of him. The guy was texting on his phone!!
So they get out to check the damage and the other drivers car is damaged at the front with the number plate pushed right back, no apparent damage to my mates car but he wants to get it checked over.
They agree to swap details, but whilst my mate was in his car getting a pen and paper the guy drove off and disappeared!
He thinks it was a Peugeot or Vauxhall, dark coloured.
So if anyone has seen a car with a nice new bump in the front let me know please :-)
