Scrap car for cash - Edinburgh

Hi All,

Unfortunately my trusty 12 year old Clio has not been so trusty... but rusty!
It has failed the MOT and too much welding is required to justify the expense in fixing it.

So, can anyone recommend a scrap merchant or other who will pay cash for the scrap value of the car around Edinburgh?

WeBuyAnyCar have come in at £105 so looking for improvements on that!

I know Brookfield metals in linlithgow will give you money to take your car away for you and will come and collect it with one of their lorries.

U pull it at Inverkeithing advertise buying scrap cars from £150.

May be worth trying Henry Grays in Kirkcaldy (even though its a bit further away). Had a mate who scrapped an old E class and got £450 quid from them last summer!
