Just coming on for a rant really, but does anyone else find the ASPC website a total pain in the arse to use? Its shockingly st. I mean REALLY? Go on, have a look www.aspc.co.uk

Their search function sucks, in so many ways that I do not have the energy nor the to possibly list them all on here.
The way the organise the search results seems to have no rhyme nor reason, you can't organise the results into any kind of logical manner, such as price or number of bedroms for example.
The fact that it opens a new window EVERY time you click on something.
God it drives me up the frigging wall!
And that's just SOME of the functionality that pisses me off about it. Never mind the way it LOOKS! God its fking st.

I can not be the only person who hates this website? Why has it not been updated? It looks like it comes from the early days of the web. What are they playing at?

Its a shame that you HAVE to use it to search for any properties in the NE of Scotland.

yes I am very bored at work today

You can search all the properties on aspc using www.home.co.uk ; it's a few days behind, but has more search/sort options and provides some market info if you click on price history (average price, time on market etc).

I use both but personal preference which one you think is best. Just wish I could decide what I wanted to buy smile

Having spent a large proportion of my spare time on it in the last two months I totally concur. I particularly dislike the way it screws up google maps on my ipad

HSPC is a pain in the arse too, having to 'log on' to look get schedules to download, only to then have to log on again 20 minutes later to do the same thing. Stupid website.
