Try Willowbrae coachworks - very happy with their work, and Martin that runs it is a top bloke.

I always recommend Stevie Walkers bodyshop in Bathgate when these type of threads pop up, I know its not quite Edinburgh but it is only 15 mins along the M8. I've been using Stevie for over 20 years now and always been happy with the work & the pricing.
