Anyone been there?

We have a family do there (mother's 85th) and the venue is my old fella's idea.

I'm just a bit worried that somewhere more conventional / mainstream might be more appropriate given the occasion.

If, however, it's apparently really good then I'll go with the flow.

This is in Huntly Street by the way.

Cheers,

I have been and thoroughly enjoyed my meals. Plenty big portions and staff were friendly.

Its the same man who had the sushi bar at indoor market.

It is however a bit small inside and always busy so book well ahead if you want to go.

The best Japanese/Korean food in Aberdeen by a country mile. The sauce he uses on his caterpillar roll is delicious! Philadelphia roll is also lovely.

The above picture is not too far from what it looks like either. Wifey is off to pick up my takeaway from there tonight.

I went there for a work night out, we virtually had the place to ourselves (midweek). The food was great, and fairly cheap compared to other restaurants. Which can only be a good thing
