Sports car hire

I am looking to hire a sports car in January for a weekend trip. I am looking for an Aston Martin v8 vantage preferrably, or perhaps a porsche The problem I am having is finding a company near to Aberdeen. All I seem to get is English based companies which will require excessive delivery charges. There appears to be some companies down Edinburgh/Glasgow way but the costs are astronomical. What I am wondering is:

A) does anyone know of any company in the Aberdeen area which rents out sports cars at good rates

Or

B) is there anyone mad or foolish enough to consider renting their car for a weekend ??

Aberdeen is not exactly the most highly populated part of the country, hence the lack of hire companies up there. Delivery charges tend to reflect the time and cost involved.

Have a look at http://www.classiccarhireworld.com/contentok.php?i... for a number of companies around Scotland.

But also bear in mind that if the weather is looking bad you may find no-one will rent out a car anyway.
