I am in need of a new pair of ramps but they must be very low rise for the vette, anyone know of any decent ones available in UK before I go off and order Rhino ramps from the USA?

Hi G

Sorry not seen you in while been working and holidaying. Check the thresd out from below from the TVR forums. If you scan through it there are some who will custom make them and some to order. Hope this helps.

Hi people.
I have the CJautos hydraulic ones.( Courtesy of Mrs allandwf.) I can get the Tuscan on them. If your thinking along those lines you can give them a try.

Not cheap , but good where space is limited.

Thanks guys for your replies. Allan, 500 quid!!eek I think not! I am currently looking to get these from the US for $90 not including shipping tax etc, but still a good buy me thinks. Note that the lower ramp section can be folded up for better under car access.

You could these extensions with a standard Ramp, I get the Griffith on with these and any only cost £15 from Motac in Stirling . http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Car-Ramp-Extensions-Cars... I am in Falkirk if you want to try first.

Thanks for the offer, thats kind, I did see these extensions but didn't really like them and since I need new ramps as well I have gone with the ones I showed in the photo, they take up to 9" wide tyres and have upstands to positively locate the wheels so its easier to use on my own. Corvette Kingdom will import them for me (they have a container coming over most months) and courier them up to me in Edinburgh. I should have them by the end of the month hopefully.

Ramps have arrived, a total cost of £114 delivered to my door.

Someone on here asked if they could take his campervan, well thay are rated at a maximum of 2000lbs per ramp which if my maths are right is a total of 1,800kg.

Hope this helps.
