Carb set-up in Glasgow

Hi,

I've just recently bought myself a 205 1.9 GTi with Twin 40 Webbers on her. They are very slightly off i reckon and I'm in need of someone down in Glasgow to have a play with them.

I would usually go straight to Ricky Gauld up here in Aberdeenshire but he can't do it till next week and I'm down in Glasgow probably till christmas. I have the last track day of the year on the 12th of November so I would really like to get it done before then.

So anybody know anyone?

I caught up with James through week. Us now retired but is very kindly going to do my carbs for me if I supply bits. He still keeps his hand in.

Thread bump again. Managed to get James Lundie again yesterday and he is still on the go - working out a unit in Barrhead, so will be paying him a visit soon.

Sorted out a Civic I used to own that crabbed so much, it would have out done a crab 🦀!

Would have gone to Hillington as is much, much nearer however was booked out weeks ahead. James could take me on sooner -either way am sure a good job will be done.
Just want some time with the Sprint running well before the winter layup.
