Thirlestane Castle was very well organised with no real wait to get in and leave.
Some great cars on show and some disappointing. To be honest I was more interested in a few of the cars in the car park e.g. a stunning 308GT4. I think I’ll switch over to the Jim Clark 60 year celebrations at Duns Castle next year.

Yes, I really enjoy doing the dream rides. It’s nice to have some car chat with different people. It was very popular this year, probably helped by the amazing weather. The Sporting Bears raised almost £2500 for charity.
I had a bit of an incident towards the end of the afternoon mind you. I was giving my last but one ride of the day & we were overtaken by a motorbike. As it went past, if flicked up a sizeable stone from it’s rear tyre & smashed the Caterham’s windscreen!
We were both fine, luckily & I have windscreen cover, so hopefully it will be sorted soon. I think the lady I’d taken out got more excitement than she’d bargained for!

Well i thoroughly enjoyed the milngavie classic car show. Well organised and great weather and they even paid for lunch for me. Ive never seen milngavie that busy and i emailed the organiser to congratulate him on a great event. I lost count of how many kids climbed on my bike. I will definately be back next year- possibly on the benelli!
Will defo go next yr ,went to Eaglesham and Clarkston instead as on my doorstep ,nice displays but nothing like Milngavie I attended in 2023.lot of ACCC attended .
This Sunday at Calderglen Country Park 9th June 12 -3.30 a display by LCCC and ACCC its for members only to display put public welcome to come along and donate to CHAS on the day .
