I need a Builder - North Leeds

I'm about to buy a house that will need some bashing into shape, are you a builder or can you recommend one please? It isn't a huge job; garage conversion, building exterior walls and making the hole (with RSJ) for a conservatory. If it makes the job seem more appealing, there are several PH members who can confirm that I make great bacon sandwiches and cups of tea.

Might be a bit out of my area for supply & fit, but I wouldn't mind a crack at that. I don't mind doing the design for you though, even if you stay with a local firm for the build.

A friend of mine is JC Builders (John Campy), based on Scott Hall Road in Moortown.
This sounds right up his street and he can be relied on to do a good job properly.
