Hi Peter,

Nice looking car (nice job Glynn, think I will have to give you a shout sometime in the near future). I think your up the road from me (I'm in Driffield), never seen a Noble up close and personal, would be nice to have a look sometime as long as you don't mind a fellow petrolhead dribbling on the floor.

Hi Leigh,

Sounds interesting, is this the thread about the PH meet every 2nd Monday? Not sure I will be allowed a pass for the evening, going to the Oceans 13 night on Friday and then off to Le Mans next week. I can but try

p.s Where is the Railway?

Date - second Monday of every month
Time - from 7pm
Parking - plenty. Use front car park with overflow behind pub if needs be

Hi Colin

I'm often around the Driff area on runs either back from or out to York, although I usually avoid the main drag now its open again at Stamford Bridge, just too busy. Be good to met a fellow PH'er. I went over to the Railway on one occassion and yes there are some drool worthy cars to be sure!!! It's a bit of a hike to do it every time but I certainly will be going again one of these days. As wingman to Ash the founder members of the first fly past (all safely and within the speed limit of course wink ) I feel it is my duty!!! biggrin
PM me if you fancy meeting up, I may even be persuaded to take you for a run biggrin

Don't think that the ribbon worked too well on the Noble.
The last thing you Pete tried draping over the car worked rather better biggrin

Look like they did a fantastic job. Im using my car for my wedding in October. How much does it cost for the full treatment like that? Do they get rid of stonechips on the front too?

The ribbons looked really good before Jason wrecked them driving to the Church!! I have to agree though the other hood ornaments were much better biggrin

Glyn did indeed do a fantastic job and I will defo be using him again when the Noble needs a top up treatment.

First though I'm going to get him to play with the Scoobie as I think that would benefit greatly from his skill and attention!!!

The price is obviously up to Glyn but initially may seem a lot if you are comparing it to a car valet. Remember though you are getting a whole lot more than a simple valet. Also, when you've seen him at work for 8 hours and the car gleams in the sunshine and the dirt and rain just wipe/run off the body work, you realise it is worth EVERY penny.

Without a doubt Glyn is an auto detailing god!!! thumbup

Just been sent a quote from him (thanks by the way for that) and its quite good for the full job lot, although I think I'm going to have my interior retrimmed in a more modern and funky way before going for the full treatment like that to benefit fully. But it definatly seems worth it. Hopefully the missus wont have bankrupted me before the wedding... or she could always get that done for my wedding present. She wants a painting, and I want a bit of personal art!
