I'm no longer a Leeds student.

Finished uni on Thursday. Now residing in the parents establishment in crappy Nottingham. Leeds is a fantastic city, loved my three years there. Loved how easy it was to get into the Dales, go for an amazing drive.

I miss Leeds so much, pretty much mostly for the amount of stupidly attractive girls walking around the city centre and Headingley.


I have decided pretty much that after my masters degree I'll try and find some work up there.

Also! A slight plus point is that you've got a damn sight better chance of not getting shot, stabbed or mugged on a night out in Leeds compared to Nottingham.

Fingers crossed for a good grade! Leeds uni is a strange place. Lots of concrete and horrible 60s/70s stuff, but somehow with an addictive feelgood factor. Have you decided what postgrad you will be doing?

I hear you on the ladies in headingley. At work in summer no matter where I am in Leeds I always go via headingley hehe. No wonder the traffic is always so bad

Well, I'm hopefully going to be doing a Masters degree in Property Investment, and then try to become a chartered surveyor. For the latter I might try and seek out jobs in Leeds though, or maybe I'll stay in Nottingham.

I've got a mate who works for Donaldsons in Leeds, they always seem to be recruiting and he likes working there. Worth a try when you have finished your Masters.

Oh it is, I'm from shitty Nottingham although I bear no recollection to a chav in any way.

I much prefer Leeds.
My degree was in Business Information Management.

Got a temp job at the minute, hoping to carry on doing various things over the summmer.
