That's better - I do love the look of your car Martyn ... but best caption has to be "I knelt in some sheep sh!t to get this shot"

I like the look too, much more subtle than the big GT2 wing of old.

Yep, sheep sh!t and jeans interface did sadly occur. Also, nearly fell down a little drainage v-ditch when taking the pics from the other side of the road. The risks I take for art biglaugh

Hmm, bright Yellow air cooled 911 turbo, which no doubt is rather loud, and, 'subtle'.

Riiight!

Great pics though, and awesome car. Never really my thing till I got a ride in one a few months ago, massively, massively impressed with its sheer grunt.

I liked the old GT2 spoiler, but it cost loads of speed at v-max (10 mph or so), although gave the car a very, very sure footed feel on the road round faster corners. Still have it in the garage, so only an hrs job to put it back on sometime sonar

The exhaust sounded glorious as it reverberated off the walls and rock faces that early morn cloud9 Also, you can fair hear the turbos laughing with glee in the cold dense air, as the boost gauge once again heads for 1.3 bar. Their familiar whistle and fizz fills the cabin, the back end squats like a Russian power lifter, and my heart starts going like a smash again.

Gush over

Have a good w/e all.

Next time, give us a text Martyn ... I was out on me own at the weekend as my Chimaera driving mate didn't want to get up early as he was late up watching the golf!

mmmm my favourite road.

The run up from Barkisland and then back down to Outlane is fantastic its quite easy to do 130 when the conditions are good. The more technical twisty section between Denshaw and the Barkisbaln junction is also fine driving. I followed a Noble up from Denshaw once it was great to see how planted it was.

See these from an SXOC treasure hunt at the weekend - unfortunately the weather wasn't quite so good
