Fallen out with Elvington since the 102dB noise limit was imposed! Was measured last time at 101.9 (when limit was 105) but it's too close to risk again

Can you send me the route please? I live in east Yorkshire and am always looking for good runs. The scenic route over to Bridlington from york / turn off at Fridaythorpe is a good one + from Malton (specialist cars) to Bridlington on the back roads.

Just back from Elvington, went up to watch this afternoon.

Was pretty good fun just to watch! Bloomin cold though.

Some cool cars aswell, all sorts of stuff.

Had a quick chat to a guy with a 306 rallye, confirmed what everyone has told me about them being damm good cars.

I really, really need to get myself a trackday worth car...

I was there this morning, good to watch.

Some poor lad on his first track day in his 355 Berlinetta crack a front lense and picked up a years worth of stone-chips.....don't think he knew Elvington's reputation.

Thats ok, it is what a car is for. There are not just to look at

Absolutely - good on him though after speaking to him he said he will be careful in future about following cars, stone chips etc.

After all it's not a 15 year old Nova he's got to pay for repairs there..
