Spotted electric blue 911 of some variety...

...blasting past my parents this weekend

Think it was a 996 Turbo with some aero kit on. Heard it miles away, then saw it bomb past North, then 10 mins later South again towards and from the A59/Blubberhouses!

Anyone on here? Looked mighty rapido

It looked a bit spoilered and different to normal

It's a stunning colour, certainly not many around in it. It's similar to the bright blue in the Gulf GT40 colour scheme kind of blue... very nice!

I saw the car near Ilkley some time ago, looked like "pimp my ride" had got their hands on it.

I've seen that one too, over the moors last summer time, so not sure if it has since been altered and is this one I've seen because this time I'm certain it's lots louder and has what might be GT2 kit on it (was about 200 yards away down the farm track)

That sounds like Rods on here mate. He has a highly fettled 996 turbo/gt2 and recently had the whole thing resprayed in that gulf blue. I wouldn't say it was an electric blue though.

Have a search for his profile and I'm sure you'll be able to find a picture of his motor.
