My Morris Minor restoration has ground to a halt due to increasing work load and too many other commitments.

Bodywork done i.e. no more welding to do!! It is a rolling shell and needs spraying then retrimming with new loom glass and rubbers e.t.c.....I have all the bits but no time.

Anyone know of someone in East Yorkshire or fairly close who could finish it off for me? I have a rented lockup with plenty of space but could also trailer to deliver. Must get it done this year or will suffer the "I told you you'd never get that thing on the road again" taunt from the better half....

Any help appreciated.

good luck but you do need to do this yourself realy. to pay someone to do it will not be the same. just agree with your lass and carry on at your speed, even if it takes 5 years you can say you did it and feel good about it! blabla

Hi Scott I run a business restoring classic cars, mainly midgets and MGB's, but we're just doing a mini, and next month doing a mark 2 escort.

Based near Driffield/Hornsea way.

PM me if you want to chat.

Cheers Guys.

Drg06 - I have restored cars in the past (minis, 240Z, TR7 DHC and a metro!) but three small kids + very busy work and other commitments mean its a no go'er myself any more. Some guys at work have been helping but they are too busy now as well.....

Oli, I'll give you a shout.
