Yes its that time of year again where we hit the dales and enjoy the freedom that a self catering barn provides!! bounce

Ive room for 20 people at £24p/p
All you need bring is a towel and your toiletries.
Oh and a large wallet.

The accomodation is here

There's a great pub with roaring fire and real ales just across the road.
Fantastic driving area - so bring the motors and arrange a drive
OR
On sunday link up with the North East Region's Cobweb run.

In past years people have brought their own drink and food has been purchased to provide
meals, chefs volunteering.

Its been a real hoot in the past party

A new location this year but nothing to suggest it will be nothing other than the great fun its been in previous years.

shout Roll up, roll up.

Query on the dates Richard? March 2007.

Friday 9th, Saturday 10th, Sunday 11th.

Is it Friday night sleepover, or Saturday night, or both?

IIRC last year many of us arrived from Friday lunchtime (in the snow) and settled into the pub nicely, we had a full day Saturday with a walk (in the snow), then a Hoon on Sunday and then home.

Thanks.

Hang on, just checked out the website, £13 per night, so I assume the £24 is for two nights? I've answered my own question.

Its Friday night/Sat night sleep over

Arrive whatever time you like Friday - keys in the door!

There may be the Cobweb run on sunday for a hoon.
Maybe it will snow?

Richerd, you omitted dates in your initial post. Is it the second weekend in March?

Sorry. Now seen it in the Thread Title. Apologies!

I'd have loved to be there but will be away winter climbing in Scotland that week.

There's always next year......

Assuming I'm up to it, I'll sign up for this.
However, due to certain medical requirments and paraphernalia, (yes I had to check the spelling and no I don't mean illegal drugs equipment!) I will attempt to acquire a room in the nearby pub.

What kind of pudding? I like a challenge, make it a difficult one and I'll bring it along!
