It looks like I'm getting an SLR delivered this afternoon for use as a static demo for a month.

If anyone is near Clifton Moor in York and fancies a look give me a shout.

I'll report back if I actually get chance to have a blat in it!

Ooooh! you are posh. We used to call 'em display cars.

If its static, how do you demo it?

What, like opening doors and windows and stuff? I would take that as read on an SLR.

I've never been asked by anyone if they can take the Three facet white PVC Victorian out for a demo.

Yep, and as a serious prospective purchaser, I would like to book a 24 hour test drive.

I asked to have it as my company car but with an 80 mile per day commute I think they were concerned about the battering my fuel card would take.

They weren't worried about the suspension, brakes, tyres and transmission at all then?

I had a look at it while I was arranging a test drive (of an ML for the wife not the SLR )

Looked stunning in blue.

However, at £330K I think it'd be a Carrera GT for me.
