Will say an early welcome back for when you have 8 cylinders and no roof

Oh - I was the chap who nosied at your red Griff at York Raceway once, first time I'd had a good look inside. cloud9
Also got your good lady wife to show me the boot at the initial York meet before the 2004 BNG ! Couldn't miss me then as was on the green bike.

I dont like the new 911's, but the older ones have a certain eccentricity about them which I like

That is no exception!

scratchchin Not quite sure I would describe them as eccentric ... there aren't too many other's that are a more simple, straight forward, single minded driving car yes

but I appreciate the thought :-)

I was out with Fish and Dazren last night and the concensus is that I am indeed barking mad to get rid ... Daz was actually "horrified' .... mind you, Fish is planning on doing MegaHoon to Spain in the Atom next year, and he thinks I'M mad laugh

I think the old 911's have a much more svelt bum than 996 onwards.

To me, the new 911's look plain, slab sided and boring where as the older more curvacious (forgive me, I dont know the number designations for differing years) model had more charector about them!

Thanks Mike ... though what people say and what people mean are not always the same. If it doesn't sell then fair enough ... green decals & wheels for 2007 it will be

Nice pic Al thumbup

It'll be a shame to see her go.

Just have to add my impression that this car is very well sorted mechanically, handles so sweetly (completely blew away my pre-conceptions of air cooled 911's), is very fast and looks even better in the metal.

Just wish I had the space!
