There are a few owners of TVRs and other interesting cars around Fusion. We have a dawn run this weekend (Wolds Wazz), but if you have only just got the car it may be wise getting to grips with it a bit first, especially when the roads will be a bit damp first thing.

There may be a run out next Saturday, 4th, it's on the forum and this is likely to be a more relaxed pace, not so many of the faster cars up for it so far though.

Or better still, see if Ted has any tickets and rooms left for Black Tie & Pie (see separate forum) and experience a crash course on all things P.Heads

I'm a mysterious lady! More exciting that way!
I haven't got a sexy car... yet!! That's why I've kept my head down. But drinking is something I can impress you all with so BTaP seemed like a good idea, even managed to wangle my way onto a top table too hehe

I haven't got any friends cry
Just heard about the site from people at work last year. I've been looking at getting a kit car, so first posted about that and then just stuck around.

Don't think I can join you guys on the way down as I have to pick up my friend, but will definitely see you at the bar!

That's a shame Anna as just the 15 mins at woodhall, then another 10 mins at LF East at least puts some names to faces so you don't feel too "unknown".

Is your friend a Pistonheader as well or are you both coming in not knowing anyone? If so, just ask someone to point me out and we'll get you introduced to a few other Yorks people

Yeah it is a shame, would have been a much better ice breaker even if I could just go over and say 'did i see you in the toilet at the services' hehe
But unfortunatly Gaby, my guest, doesn't finish work until much later. Definitely look out for us though as I don't know anyone and Gaby knows even fewer people than me!

A Griff 500 a few miles out of town just off the A63.

I was hopping get out on Saturday, never made it as usual the cars fine just a minor disaster at home. So fingers crossed I should get out and about again soon.

Cheers,

Simon.

wavey I'm one of four TVR's who live past Hull to the east. Not been in touch with two of them for a bit though.
Unfortunately the driving season is just about done for this year (Carcoon on standby!), but could always gather for a natter as have gone to a few TVRCC gatherings and PH runs
