This is not designed to interfere with the wolds wazz at all (for a start I'm on the wolds wazz)

Right due to sever East Yorkies popping up Organising a drive in November Sat 11th (to avoid remembrance sunday)

The starting point is between Beverley and Hull, and will cover approximately 75 miles.

I'm happy to do an early morning run or a late afternoon/evening run, either way we will need headlights at some point on the run, the benefit of afternoon is we can go for a pub dinner!

I will state its not a race, several people who want to come don't have true hooning cars yet so lets just have a nice drive, (with a bit of spirit) and see some nice country side.

Early morning is INFINITELY better Oliver. there's nowt like a load of saturday afternoon traffic to a) spoil the fun and b) punch massive holes in any conv ... er, I mean, group of cars trying to stay together :P

Also doesn't get in the way of the rest of the day, henceforth keeping long suffering but infinitely understanding wives happy yes

So, I'm a yes if it's morning.

Morning suits me! How early does everyone want to get up is the question?

That time of the year it can't be too early as it's dark! About 8ish? But you guys may be thinking of something more mid-morning? I'll just fit in if the timing's right

Is it still on?

Should have some ponies liberated from ECU tampering by then so won't be holding anyone up with my current 79bhp/tonne hehe so might pop along for a leisurely but brisk run out...

Right here are the details:

Sat 11th November.

Starting point Between Beverley and Hull TBC by Email.

Time 4.30PM (I know some people like early moring hoons but this is designed to get a few people who commented they hadn't been on a drive with PH before out, it is a gentleish drive, and will be in a different spirit to the wolds wazz, there's no race it will just be a nice bimble down some nice roads (we will be pressing on though) finishing up in a good pub with a car park that I know.

Finishing point Between Driffield and York just off the A1079 so a nice easy run back for anyone going to M62, Hull or York.

Estimated time at pub 5.30PM for a couple of drinks and they do half decent pub food too if interested.

I will most likely bring my other half so don't feel its a lads day out at all.

Please email me to put your name down, and receive instructions.

And please no complaints about it not being a hardcore early morning blast if you want one of them a week or so later just say so I'll happily arrange one!

4.30pm, won't it be **really** busy on the roads on a Saturday?

The roads were taking it won't be busy. Besides which we aren't going anywhere near any shopping areas so it will be fine.

Look while I am happy to start another early morning Hoon like the Wazz several people with cars such as mini cooper s and BMW 5 series expressed an interest in coming out on a social, I think it is unlikely they will be up for a 5.00 AM get up to go out with a load of TVR's and Porsche's amongst other exotica as a first time do you?

So come on chaps lets have a nice run out, the light will still be with us just and the pub is good for a natter afterwards.
