Like most of industry, I see, wanting already trained people and not prepared to train. Hmm, now, let me see what might happen to that industry...

I don't get how a mechanic can be "fully trained"

Surely it depends on if they can read a workshop manual or not, and know how to turn a spanner either clockwise or anti-clockwise?

Or is this asking for specifically Porsche maintainance fully trained?
