Thanks to Justin for a grand day out. I dd not have the camera with me so no pictures from todays run.

The next time we go to the Forbidden Garden we have to leave 3 hours. Great fun for a big kid like me. Oh and a good lunch & beer too. What more could one ask for ?

Just got back

Fabulous run
The Dales were extremely beautiful in todays fantastic weather - Yorkshire just keeps on delivering
The company was good and the speeds (when day dreamers allowed) concentrated the mind

What can I say? - St Georges day was a true success

Well done Justin and Alison

For those that missed out - dont do it again - what a run!
Even the Cumbrian mob joined in
Great to see you guys!

Ditto BTP & Gem comments.
Great run out Justin , Thanks for organising/ mapping.
The forbidden corner was excellent, there's a big kid in all of us otherwise we'd all drive euroboxes
Sorry we had to leave early though.

And another ditto on the previous comments.

It was a fantastic day out. Great weather, great roads and loadsa fun at the Forbidden Corner.
Thanks very much to Justin and Alison. First class organisation, maps and route.

Only slight problem is two small children as high as kites who won't go to sleep

I though you were wearing a hat too. I had some sun lotion in the boot if you had mentioned it at lunch.

I did the run a day late!!! Took my little lad up through Coverdale on Monday and stopped at Forbidden Corner. Thoroughly recommend it to anyone who hasn't taken kids there.
