New non franchised servicing for TVR - SSCC
Discussion
Just spent the afternoon at our North Yorks non franchised servicing dept's.
Tom at TJ motors is still keen to do V8 and V6 servicing / upgrades.
For newer engines I visited the newly opened garage premises of SSCC and spoke with Steve Darvill "Technical Vehicle Repairs". A few cars in for work inc a Tuscan engine rebuild, a Griff and a Chimaera for servicing.
Saw the new "Gaz" Shockers service and in all looked good.
Labour is £38 an hour there and 10% for TVRCC members.
For non TVR franchised work we seem to have a choice.

Thanks Rich.
My credit card has never fully recovered since the melting it suffered last Autumn when I had an official major Griff service (which was to be fair a thorough job).
An owner of a local garage to me has supposedly got a Chim so I'm going to check them out soon..
You do seem to be trekking around a bit lately, are you getting itchy for another multi cylinder car (with a roof, )?
