This is widely reported as one of clarksons favourite roads. Where exactly is it?

Probably best avoided in this weather Tyke. If there is any mist or fog you see nothing. On a clear day its a great road.

I go up there quite regularly in the spring / summer. I'll take you one Sunday if you like.

Oi! Less of the older.

I assumed that Tyke was an attractive young woman. What could be more natural and innocent than offering to take a young woman up the buttertubs on a Sunday?

Sorry to wreck the illusion, but I am not a woman, nor young, and cant think of anything worse than being taken up the buttertubs by a bloke.

However if the offer is for a ride in that TVR I can assure you I dont suffer from mal de nav, and would welcome the opportunity. I'll swap you one way in the Tiv, then you can hop on the back of my fireblade for the return trip.
