Has anyone been on this? is it worth it?

Haven't been to the rallyschool but the area is a Motorsports facility. Rounds of the British Enduro championship run there as well as Club Trials (been today the Bob Owen Memorial trial). They also run 4x4 events. The terrain is tracks thru a wooded area so could be used for special stages quite easily.
