Has a Cerbie moved to Bedale?

Has someone with a blue (loud!) P reg Cerbie moved to Bedale? Or has someone in Bedale bought a blue Cerbie? Don't remember seeing it before but I've seen it quite a few times in the town lately.

I've seen the same one twice or so in and around Stokesley. It's the AJP by the sounds of it. Youngish fella driving.

I consider it pretty poor form when owners move into the area and don't inform me.
