Small scale building work/decorator in/near Sheffield?

Before I trawl through yell.com I'm looking for someone that can do a few smallish jobs on a flat I've got in Sheffield thought I'd ask here..

As there is a pretty good chance I'll not be around for a while, I need to leave the keys with someone and let them get on with it. Since I know someone who did the same not far from here and came back to find the job half done, CDs scratched/missing, thought I'd ask for anyone reccommended in the area..

I know a very very good small builder in your area. His name is Lee Grayson (Larry) but at the moment he is in Belize. So if your not in a mad hurry to have things sorted soon i will speak to him when he returns. I will pass on his phone number after I speak to him if that is OK. And yes you could leave your keys with him as he is 100% trust worthy.

Could ask a mate who is a builder to mail you, and see what is needed andif he can do it for you.
