Unit/barn to rent? - York

Does anyone currently rent/own a unit/barn near York which has capacity for a couple of extra cars?
I've looked at indoor car storage but this isn't really what I'm after as its quite expensive because of all the extra things they do for you (washing the car, security, providing a run up to temp twice a month etc) - I don't need any of that, my cars are mostly tat.
Basically, looking for two indoor parking spaces where I can go and work on the cars at weekends, so place to store some tools etc would also be useful.
My immediate thought was anyone with a barn - doesn't need to be super secure. Or industrial unit, but aware these are super expensive now, especially around York.

Are there any of those motorhome storage places near you that might be happy to accommodate a couple of cars? My mate lives just off the A59 to the West of York and keeps his motorhome at one of those kind of places. There's one near me (West Yorkshire) which has some buildings as well as outdoor storage. They charge from £100 per quarter.
