Also posted on the BT&P forum in case we get anyone from further afield.

I suggest we meet at Woodall on the M1 that way anyone coming from the A1 can join.

How come you have a logo if you're not going?

We will join in, providing it isn't too early. For one day this year, I am going to have a go at being 'girly'! So I'll have to sort out some kind of poncy hair arrangement first thing.

Oh and due to hair sillyness the roof will have to stay up too.

BTP on another thread said:

I was thinking of leaving a bit earlier and heading down through the Peak district park, sort of Bakewell, Ashbourne and then under Derby and then head towards Hinkley before dropping down to Brandon. It will take a bit longer but I will have got bored of the main route down as it looks like I will be doing it once a week in a hire car.

Anyone wanting to go the wiggley way let me know. I reckon a 10:15 leave from the usual A64/A1 junction and head south will get there in time to have a swim and sauna before hitting the bar.

If you do this route, the Midland group (well, Notts/Derbys anyway) will be sure to tag onto your convoy too.

OK, as the wiggly route is being discussed on the "Roll Call" thread.

How about 12 noon at Woodhall Services - can't be more than a 90 minut run down to venue leaving plenty of time for pre Pie shinanagins (sp?)

disclaimer: if however but some mis-fortune the Ferrari is still in my posession, than wifely objections or no wifely objections, I reserve the right to swap to the wiggly route!

Not a chance of it being in time for BT&P though... more like next year's MegaHoon!

What's even more worrying is that I'm starting to warm to the looks of the 512M... which means another £5k!!!

Not even going to start looking until next spring... I'm not I tell you... no honest I mean it!

And pastel linen jackets and espadrils are only compulsory with White TRs ... mind you....
