Harewood 28th August

All the normal stuff and a round of the TVR championship with 14 TVRs entered. Times practice starts at 9.00 with timed competitive runs starting just after lunch. :)

Must have been yours I saw driving up through Headingley a week or so back. Looked and sounded fantastic.

I hear you got the R888s, you may not notice much difference on the road but you deffo should on the hill- I reccon a sub 68 for you!!

Hi Lig,
Dunlop SSR not R888s (too expensive!). Steering geometry being played with on Friday to try and get some front end grip. See you Sunday, I'll bring the sun cream along just in case.

Its been done at Hexham Horseless Carriages. The've adjusted castor and camber, raised the steering rack and retracked. Didn't bother with corner weighting. Car feels more nimble and turns in much better.

I can recommend you speak with Tony, but then you knew I'd say that.

Was a good day out, thoughly enjoyed myself.

fun to see all manner of cars going up the hill. (hey twas my first hillclimb) and the missus was suggesting i take on her ma's AX to convert for trackdays... slowly shes coming round.. slowly

(if anyone spotted a long haired beared chap wearing an Iron Maiden Tee that was me )
