Who's coming next weekend 21/22nd to the drag strip then?

Tons of work mostly by volunteer parties has been done to improve the facilities even further from last year.

Tickets are selling fast on the straighliners website.

Before I go trawling through their website does anybody know roughly the process of coming along and seeing how fast your car can go?

Is it simply book, pay, bring crash helmet, sign disclaimers, bring driving licence?

Thank you.

You’ll need to book into a class & get your car scrutineered before running.

From memory, it was fairly friendly & fun. I’ve run cars & a bike before.

Don’t think I can make next weekend though, too much on, but I’d love to run my Panigale V4 down there.

The bit at the end of the strip wasn’t great, but broken up & through a farm, but I guess they’ve done lots of prep recently & hopefully it’s much better that it used to be.

Thanks StuB, I'll have a read up on it.

I'm just a normal bloke, with a little track experience and a relatively normal car, wanting to see how fast my car and my testicles will allow me to go!
Fun and friendly sounds great.
