Rust on rear wing repair - near York or Leeds

Hi,

Spotted a small strip of missing paint, bubbles and potential rust on rear wing of my 2011 BMW 330d e92 today.

Talking a small rectangle about 60 mm x 7 mm near the wheel where it meets the bumper. I want to nip it in the bud asap.

Can anyone recommend a good shop close to York or Leeds that could fix it and respray? and roughly what the cost would be?



I'm thinking to put some touch up on there in the meantime to stop exposing the metal, I can't see that making it any worse.

I think this side has been resprayed at some point and obviously haven't done a good enough job. My fault for not noticing at the time but have to chalk it up to experience.
