Discussion
This has the potential to make Bradford the richest city in the world if they can actually enforce it.

Drivers who play loud music or rev their engines will be fined £100 under new laws.
Bradford Council has introduced a Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) to tackle anti-social driving.
It will allow the police and council officers to take action against those who make noise, including shouting, swearing or making sexual suggestions.
The measure was introduced after two-thirds of people in a survey said nuisance drivers were a problem.
More than 1,200 people responded to the survey, with the majority saying that they felt "unsafe" on the city's streets due to poor driving.
City of Bradford Council said that 76% of people were in favour of the PSPO, according to the Local Democracy Reporting Service.
However, some thought the proposals were "an infringement of civil liberties" and could unfairly target car enthusiasts.
Labour councillor Abdul Jabar said the new measure was about making people feel safe.
"Without the PSPO, it is difficult for the council or the police to combat anti-social use of a vehicle which does not constitute a breach of a specific motoring law," he said.
"Any action we can take to improve this situation and increase community safety and improve the reputation of the district will be of benefit to residents, visitors and businesses."
The PSPO with a £100 fine will come into force on 1 June.

I've seem enough Traffic Cops on TV to know nothing good will come from this.
It's obvious the only people who are likely to be penalised by this will be law-abiding car enthusiasts who happen to be in the wrong place at the wrong time with their noisy car.
All the while streets away there will be a pick-up tearing stolen cars apart for parts and a fleet of hired supercars crashing into each other for fun.
But you never know.

If your car is "noisy" then you are breaking the law. Does it not occur to you that you may actually be part of the problem? Whilst the police are dealing with you and your "noisy" car they aren't dealing with anything else. It's obvious the only people who are likely to be penalised by this will be law-abiding car enthusiasts who happen to be in the wrong place at the wrong time with their noisy car.

Before you say the police should prioritise calls. You choose to have a noisy car, no noisy car no issue.

Bradford/istan as it was called on road sign in the film East is East, isis completely lawless, day and esp. at night, taxi drivers stop at green lights to let the 'redlight runners' pass. Half the driver do not use seatbelts and are on the mobile phone, using FaceTime. Audi RS3's ferry drugs from one side of the city faster than the Police on a blue light run. Quad bikes without plates wheelie over speed humps. Lambo's on cloned plates, or hired by the hour race through the streets all night long. Half the cities listed occupation is part-time Pharmacist. And you never see a Police car doing jack s**t about it. Even so it has the two or three postcode with the highest percentage of motoring offences per capita in the country. And the highest insurance costs. And the Bradford driving test centre has one of the lowest % pass rates in the country. But still the streets are full of expensive even exotic cars, racing to make drops and deliveries, like Amazon Prime on Wizz. In fact there used to be a Scoobie running round Bradford with the number plate TA11BAN. Not seen it recently, probably been written off, or stolen.
Just type Dash Camera Bradford into YouTube and view the footage. Only Russia WebCams can compete and Russia is slightly bigger.
A joke is that NIKE is the biggest insurer in Bradford. Crash and just do it/run.
The only people that are going to get caught with the Public Space Protection Order's are little old ladies who's exhausts have just fallen off on a speed hump in Tesco's carpark and are trying to get to the garage to get it fixed.
