Windscreen Fitter?
Discussion
The rear screen on the Rover SD1 is leaking through the seal (common problem). Tried some butyl sealant but failed miserably.
So tried a search and got 3 companies specialising in classics saying they can do this on their sites. Not one gave me a quote either by email or phone when I chased them up and each said 'there's a risk of breaking it'. I got the message they don't want the work. Its not a bonded screen, just an old fashioned rubber seal and I have a nice new one all ready to go on.
So, anybody had a reliable windscreen fitter thats done a good job and can recommend please?
I'm in Batley area if it helps.
Thanks
