Can anyone recommend a trustworthy effective mortgage broker/advisor in and around the Leeds area?

James Clarke of JWC financial, did me real good deal last year and sorted out all the paperwork. Made life very much easier.

I use a great guy in Southampton. Done 5 mtgs for me, all via my limited company accounts as I'm a contractor so not straight forward applications. But he'll do the normal salary stuff too.
Current rate is 1.4% as he's sorting me out another as we speak ...some cheap money out there.

Not leeds based but we recently used a free broker called London and country. Couldn't recommend them enough and compared to a paid broker that we look at couldn't get close to the rates of this guy.
