Parking for Scarborough outdoor theatre

Hi, advice on best parking spot for the Scarborough outdoor theatre " Bryan Adams gig "

Well there is the parking for the swimming pool just over the road, that where we parked last time we were there.

Loads around the area - the key point - don't arrive too late or the harder it will become. The field opposite the swimming pool entrance is usually opened for parking. The marine drive is free in the evening as are all car parks. As with all parking around these sort of events an early arrival can also mean picking a good spot for a rapid getaway.
Of course in a couple of weeks time we will be in the main holiday season and if its been hot like today everywhere will have been parked up for the day so it may also be a case picking up a spot as they come free.
And the wardens are out so don't park on the yellows - unless you have a badge of course.

Is there ever anything PH-worthy happening at Scarborough - apart from the events at Oliver's Mount? I'm working up here at the moment but know nobody in the area!

Park on Weydale Avenue and walk down and also get an easy get away after concert.
