Builder recommendation Leeds

Morning PHers,

I'm looking to do a single story extension on the back of my property and would need a builder to do the work.

I was wondering if anyone has had anything similar done and would recommend that they've used in the past to do something similar as it's much nicer going with recommendations rather then trying to find someone on the web of yellow pages.

For reference i live in Chapel Allerton.

I can recommend Simon Straker, SS Joinery Plumbing & Building Services. He does a lot of work around Leeds and would be worth getting a quote from. Mob. [phone]

As with any recommendation, well worth asking them to visit prior work they've done to at least see what sort of standard they achieve, and also good for feedback from existing clients.

its basic labour, no particular skill involved once the base is down.
look for a groundworker.
