Anyone Have Any Experience Of UsedCar123 in Yorkshire?
Discussion
Hello PHers
I've got my eye on a car for sale at this dealership and was wondering if anyone here has had any experiences with them, good or bad?
Also, what are they like for doing deals? The car I'm interested in is well over the various valuation site prices, but on Autotrader they bill themselves as a car 'supermarket', some of which just don't budge on price. It would be quite a trek for me to go there, so don't want to waste my time
Any help would be very much appreciated.

I've past their York site in Easingwold before, but never had dealings with them, from what i can see and understand they sell mainly high mileage cars, non of which seem a bargain to me.
Suppose it depends what sort of car you have your eye on, and what they are offering you (warranty, service, mot, finance deals)
If your looking at their bmws and audis then i'd try head to a more mainstream dealer or one selling lower mileage cars...most their bm's and audis are heading to 100K or more...
if its a high milage car your looking for, you could get a good low priced car from an auction, friend of mine got an audi A4TDI with just under 90K miles, 11 plate for under £7K which was about a year ago now, a steal at the time compared to dealer cars, of course you takes your luck with condition and faults, my guess is a lot of these cars sold at this supermarket have come from dealer trade in and auctions.
Try scope them out by calling, thrash out a over the phone deal, test water on price, and explain the travel you have, and you dont want to waste time, hopefully they can be honest re: condition, send you more close up pics and pics of the service books etc...do a search on the car reg (if they show it in the pics) you can check any past MOT history on-line here:
https://www.gov.uk/check-mot-history
It might help you make your mind up on how well the cars been looked after and whether given how helpful the dealer is whether to drive the distance and view, or test the car.
good luck
Andy
I always check reviews before deciding.
